Customer manager for San Service, Vejle
Customer Success Manager
San Service Aps is looking for a Customer Success Manager/customer manager for our office in Vejle city centre, who has energy, overview and a willingness to make things happen.
You are good at keeping a lot of balls in the air on the customer-responsible tasks.
We expect:
- Have completed a higher education
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience from a similar position (customer responsibility)
- Responsibility for the entire company's B2B
- Good creative and analytical understanding
- Knowledge of online marketplaces and digital media is a plus, but not a requirement
- Is familiar with working with Microsoft Office
- Unique project management and coordination skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- knowledge of Danish and English (both oral and written). Other language skills are only an advantage
We offer:
• A position of 37 hours per 1 Sep. 2023
• Fixed monthly salary incl. pension
• A team of 110 employees and three managers who handle tasks within commercial cleaning.
