PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator to support our export team in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional customer service worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales follow-up activities, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers.
- Handle sales leads generated from trade fairs and other marketing initiatives, converting them into actionable opportunities.
- Manage customer information and product data, maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Update and maintain master data, price lists, and other relevant documentation to support the sales process.
- Coordinate and plan international trade fairs, including logistics, booth setup, etc.
- Assist in the creation and updating of marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Conduct market and customer surveys to gather insights, identify trends, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Required Competences:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring data integrity and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and resolve challenges.
- Proactive mindset with a customer-centric approach, anticipating needs and providing timely solutions.
Preferred Skills and Education:
- A medium-term, higher education in international sales and marketing, shipping or other relevant experience.
- Previous experience in an export or international sales role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the food industry is preferred as well as a good understanding of international trade regulations.
- Excellent English language skills, both oral and written.
- Experience in market research and analysis, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
