Shamballa Jewels is seeking an energetic and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to support our continued growth in the German-speaking markets, as well as potential new regions. With your experience in high-end sales, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a well-established luxury brand.

Reporting directly to our Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening brand visibility and driving sales performance across our core German-speaking retail network, while also contributing to expansion into additional markets as opportunities arise.

The role requires a high degree of travel - approximately 100 days per year - and is based in Denmark.

Key Responsibilities

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and positioning of Shamballa Jewels across your assigned regions. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors in German-speaking countries, ensuring long-term loyalty and engagement.
  • Sales Channel Development: Conduct sales training and support the development of key staff within our retail partner network across your regions.
  • Sharing Best Practices: Spend time on the sales floor with retail partners, sharing best practices and demonstrating the value of the Shamballa Jewels concept to both existing and potential accounts.
  • Market Analysis: Perform in-depth market analysis to understand customer segments, identify competitors, and explore opportunities in both established and emerging markets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to effectively introduce Shamballa Jewels’ products to new and existing end consumers through our retail partners.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant insights to the Sales Operations Manager.

You will continuously monitor market developments and competitor activity, proactively adjusting strategies to ensure sustained growth in a dynamic environment.

About You: Energetic Sales Professional with a Premium & Luxury Retail Mindset

You bring solid sales experience from retail and possibly wholesale, ideally within the luxury segment. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of sales operations at the floor level and the ability to translate this knowledge into effective commercial strategies. Experience working across multiple countries is an advantage.

Proven experience in high-end luxury environments, along with a strong understanding of client customization and bespoke solutions, is essential.

Fluency in German and English is required. Additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish are considered a plus.
